Plastic Surgery has consistently been within the top 5 most competitive specialties since 2020, and is known to be physically and mentally demanding.
 
Topics of fertility, family planning, and financial literacy are underrepresented in medical curricula, with limited resources and support.

The PRS community has made strides in creating resources for students and trainees, but currently there are no central locations to see the breadth of opportunities available.
 
Let’s Talk About It was founded in 2024 as a hub for medical students, trainees, and faculty to engage in networking and peer education.
